Important Things to Note about your stay at Villa Casa Juno

• Pool heating is available for 240 Euro per week (minimum charge). We heat the pool to a comfortable 28 C / 83 F degrees. During your booking process, you can request Pool Heating.

• Children 2 years old and over should be included in the guest count when booking. For children under 2, there is a flat charge of 175 Euro and includes a high chair and cot with bedding. Please indicate this in your remarks when requesting to book and the fee will be added to the booking.

• A 5th bedroom is available for an extra charge, depending on number of guests and for up to 10 guests. Please inquire.

• Tourist Tax – Albufeira has recently implemented a Tourist Tax of 2 Euro per person per day up to 7 days. This tax is included in the quotation when making a booking.

• Cleaning Fee – Unlike many villa owners, we do NOT charge a separate cleaning fee for stays of ONE WEEK or longer. However, if we require more effort to clean than is typical, we may request the excess cost to be reimbursed. This has been an extremely rare occurrence and we thank our past guests for this.

• Cleaning Services – We perform one cleaning service during a one week's stay. If you require additional cleaning and/or change of linen/towels during your stay this can be provided at an additional cost. Please inquire.

• Check in / out – Check in after 4PM; Check out by 10AM

• Kid friendly - Enjoy your family vacation!

• No Pets please

• No smoking please 

• Accessibility - Villa Casa Juno has stairs. Please contact us with any questions regarding accessibility

• Arrival - The key is located in a lockbox next to the front door to the Villa. You will be provided the access code in advance of arrival. 

• House Rule - Parties and loud noise after 11pm are against the law, and are not accepted by us or our permanent resident neighbors. Please be respectful.
