Villa Casa Juno

Villa Casa Juno is a stunning villa with breathtaking sea views and unbeatable convenience. Just a short stroll from the sandy beach of Peneco and Praia do Tunel, vibrant Albufeira Old Town Center, and the Albufeira Marina , you’ll enjoy the best of both relaxation and local charm. This is our second home and we would like to share it with you.

The Villa

In May 2025, we completed a major renovation project at Villa Casa Juno. Renovations include new Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room spaces,. When you arrive, you will find the finest in kitchen amenities, including a 120cm wide cook gas top, an additional 30cm wide induction cooktop, double ovens, and plenty of countertop space for multiple chefs in the kitchen to satify your culinary adventures. The open plan kitchen leads out to the terrace through our new extra large sliding glass doors to maximize the spectacular sea views. The dining area is integrated with the kitchen so the chefs are never alone. Two additional extra large sliding glass doors flood the Living and Dining Rooms with even more natural light and sea views. These improvements are the last of the interior projects for our villa to be fully upgraded! We are super excited. Pictures will be updated soon.

With views over the deep blue Atlantic from 3 of the 5 bedrooms and from the large terrace, and with the beautiful turquoise heated private pool (extra charge for optional pool heating to 28C / 82.5F degrees), you may never want to leave the villa! The large bedrooms are naturally cool and comfortable with tile floors and air conditioning in the summer, and heating in the winter. A Pellet Stove Heater in the living room will provide additional ambience and warm your winter evenings.  A washing machine is available for your use. We provide beach and bath towels, soaps, and shampoo.

The Rooms and Bathrooms

The villa has five large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has 2 new 90cm twin beds that can be made up into one bed. The bedroom has AC and heating and a full bathroom just 3 steps across the hallway.

Bedroom 2 is recently renovated with a new King-sized bed, amazing sea views from every window, ensuite bathoom with an extra large walk-in shower, AC and heating, a private balcony, and plenty of closet space for your personal items. 

Bedroom 3 is also recently renovated and comes with a new Queen-sized bed, sea views, ensuite bathroom, AC and heating, and plenty of closet space for your personal items.

Bedroom 4 is recently renovated with new Twin beds that can be made up to one bed, new mirrored closets for your personal items, a full bathroom (with bathtub) located just adjacent, and AC and heating. 

Bedroom 5 - We have an optional top floor 5th bedroom so the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, which can be available upon request with extra charge. Newly renovated, this large room has sliding glass doors leading out to a huge terrace and the best Sea and Marina views in the Villa. With new twin beds that can be made into one bed, AC and heating, and a seating area, you have everything you need to sleep and spend the day.

For those that like to cook

The newly renovated kitchen is large with an open plan, and fully equipped with new dishwasher, 2 ovens, an extra wide gas stovetop, and an induction stovetop. The large terrace is immediately accessible through the extra large glass doors to enjoy meals overlooking the sea, or in the adjacent dining room. A charcoal barbecue is also right outside the kitchen for your grilling pleasures. A fresh Robalo (sea bass) or Dorade, juicy hamburgers and fresh vegetables are our favorites to grill. Be the BBQ chef where you can grill and partake in the sundown activities on the terrace with views of the sea and sunset. Espresso machine, toaster, electric mixer, hot water kettle, microwave, pots and pans, and dishware and utensils are there to complete your home cooking experience.

Just a little technology

Wifi and a smart TV with English and other language channels (subtitled in Portuguese so you can practice) are there for your use, or download your favorite apps. USB plugs are available throughout the villa for your charging needs. You can enjoy those sea views from the living room as well.

Location is unbeatable

Villa Casa Juno is located close to the action to make it convenient, yet it is far enough that you are not in the center of the noise.  If you choose to leave the villa (which you may not!), the beach and old town of Albufeira are both less than 10 minutes walk. The Albufeira Marina is a 15 minute walk. 

A very well-stocked Intermarche grocery store, a new (and delicious) Portuguese Tapas restaurant, and a bar are a 2 minute walk away. A large Continente/Modelo grocery store is less than 10 minutes drive away. The Albufeira Shopping Center in Guia is less than 20 minutes drive.
